Accessing Planning and Budgeting Financials
To access Planning and Budgeting, log in to your Oracle Cloud Service. If you have access to both NetSuite and Oracle Cloud Services, log in to both applications by using your assigned user credentials for each. Follow the instructions in your registration email and click the link provided. This link is unique to your organization and you must use this link to log in to Planning and Budgeting in the future.
To access Planning and Budgeting Financials

Go to your organization's URL.

In the Sign In To Oracle Cloud page, enter your user name and password.

Click Sign In.
The Home page displays.
