This topic is intended to assist you in addressing your obligations related to privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other similar regulations.
Personal Information Removal
If you’re a Workforce Management (WFM) customer, you must contact NetSuite Customer Support to request for the removal of personal information (PI). A NetSuite authorized contact must make the request.
Guidelines for Personal Information Removal
Before you initiate the request, note the following guidelines:

If you have configured WFM to sync data with NetSuite records, such as employee records, prepare to share this information with NetSuite Customer Support. You may need to conduct additional steps to help you comply with your PI removal obligations.

If you have third-party payroll integrations, you may need to manage data that may flow through them. Refer to available third-party documentation or reach out to the solution’s support department, as needed. Sample integrations include API, payroll, and onboarding.

Verify whether PI removal affects your compliance with any applicable local or federal labor laws. Consult your own attorney or expert on the applicable rules for your business or industry in all jurisdictions in which you operate.
