Advanced Pricing Narrative Insights
The Advanced Pricing feature in NetSuite offers AI-powered Narrative Insights. These insights provide a clear and concise summary of each inventory item's key pricing data on the inventory item record. The narrative summary uses generative AI to present important information, such as cost, inventory levels, and demand trends. You no longer need to switch between reports or screens to find relevant pricing details.

The Pricing Narrative Summary is enabled by default. To turn off the Pricing Narrative Summary, go to Setup > Company > AI Preferences. On the Narrative Insights subtab, clear the Enable Narrative Insights box.

When this feature is enabled, a Generate Insight button appears on inventory item records. Click this button to display the summary in a pop-up window.
Summaries may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.
