Customizing Support Rep Roles for NetSuite OneWorld
You can specify that support reps only see cases in their subsidiaries. Go to Setup > Support > Preferences > Support Preferences. Under the Preferences section, check the Restrict Cases Based on Subsidiary box.
Then, customize the support rep role and select which subsidiaries the rep is responsible for. If you don't select subsidiaries on the role, any support rep assigned that role is restricted to the subsidiary on their employee record.
