Implementing Prerequisites

Before automatically creating configurable subscriptions:

  1. Make sure your account includes the SuiteBilling features.

    Note:

    Contact your NetSuite representative to have the SuiteBilling features provisioned for your account.

  2. In NetSuite CPQ Configurator, go to the options record at CPQ > Configurator > Settings. Under the Submit subtab, check the Add new resources to transaction fields box.

    This option makes the automatically created subscription plans and their associated records available in transaction dropdown fields that contain fewer than 300 options.

    Note:

    The option may be incompatible with custom scripts deployed on transactions.
