When receiving a link to login to the FSM Mobile application, validate that it matches the following format:

Validate that the account number or ID displayed matches the account number of your own NetSuite account. To find your NetSuite account ID, see Finding Your NetSuite Account ID.
If you receive a link that appears to differ from the above or has an account id that does not match your own NetSuite account, do not click the link, instead give your account Administrator a call to confirm.
Mobile Devices
For supported browsers and devices, see Compatibility and Expected Behaviors. These have been tested during the development process of the FSM module and will give you the best experience. You should access the FSM module using one of these supported browsers and mobile devices as much as possible.
It is important to keep your browser and device up-to-date. Outdated software may contain security vulnerabilities that get fixed with regular updates to the software. If you do not keep your browser and device updated, those security vulnerabilities may be exploited by attackers leaving your account at risk.
The FSM mobile application is designed to be operated by a single user on a single device. The mobile application will not automatically log out unless it's completely inactive for an extended period of time (more than 72 hours straight). Force closing the application will also not log out the user. Therefore, keep these things in mind:

Do not share your device with others.

Never leave your device unlocked and unattended.

When dealing with sensitive data, make sure you log out as soon as you have finished using the FSM application.
