New Features and Enhancements

License Management

  • Licenses now apply to Sandbox, Test Drive, and Release Preview accounts.

  • Non Production accounts have 1000 extra mobile licenses instead of infinity.

  • A new scheduled script deployment NextService Scheduled: Account customdeploy_nx_account has been added to the bundle.

  • The scheduled script customdeploy_nx_scheduled now runs hourly instead of daily.

Config Changes

  • Removed utilities/google.url and utilities/google.components configuration options.

  • Deprecated utilities/google.client and utilities/google.server configuration options to google.key.

  • IS01258: A new configuration option user.accountroleservice has been added to verify user roles with the NeSuite Roles service on the account specific url instead of the data centre specific url.

Bug Fixes

  • IS01230: A problem was resolved that caused the back button on the Map to not navigate when user changed from landscape to portrait on a device with a small screen.

  • IS01238: A problem was resolved that caused an error when creating a Recurrence series with primary instance that has a Multiselect field with multiple values. The Recurrence configuration for taskFields and caseFields now requires a data format to be included with the field ids.

  • IS01235: A problem was resolved that caused an error when Deleting Future Instances on the primary instance of a recurrence series that is the parent to another series.

  • IS01237: A problem was resolved that caused error when viewing a recurrence instance on a series that has a Rich-Text field with Line-Breaks applied to future instances.

  • IS01236: A bug was fixed that caused the Customer field to clear when the Task form was submitted and the related case has an empty Customer field.

  • IS01095: A problem was resolved that caused a tax line to appear on expense report in the app when an expense has a Tax Code.

  • IS01258: A problem was resolved that caused some legacy users with NetSuite access to be unable to log into the app. A new configuration option user.accountroleservice has been added to verify user roles with the NetSuite Roles service on the account specific URL instead of the data center specific URL.

  • IS01220: A problem was resolved that caused Number blocks with no default value to not clear when the form is discarded.

  • IS01255: A problem was resolved that cause the Add Tasks, Add Subprojects, Create/Update Assets, Program, or Recurrence Instances sublist to not appear when the Custom Form renamed the NextService tab.
