New Features and Enhancements

Updated Mobile Sign-In Page Design

As part of an ongoing effort to provide a best-in-class user experience for our customers, we're making incremental improvements to all aspects of our Mobile App's user interface, starting with the Sign-In Page. Over time we will introduce changes across other parts of our Mobile App too, based on feedback from our customers and partners.

Recurrence

New bundle components have been added for the in development Recurrence feature: custevent_nx_recurrence_data

Bug Fixes

  • IS01130: A problem was resolved that cause the Create/Update Assets sublist to not populate the Item column on before load when Asset items are selected to fulfill.

  • IS01131: An issue was resolved that caused the Item Fulfillment New Assets scheduled script to fail when processing.

  • IS01143: A problem was resolved that caused the app to not clear the search on a select element when the draft of an article or event is discarded.

  • IS01145: An issue has been resolved that caused the offline sync counter not to update when resyncing.

  • IS01150: Resources that are configured to be remotely searchable now, by default, filter results by the search value.

  • IS01151: A problem was fixed that is causing some system and task content fields to get copied into the other instances of the recurring task series.

  • IS01152: A problem was resolved where the recurring tasks would sync fields that are globally configured as fields exempt from copying.

  • IS01153: A problem was resolved that caused non-exempt fields on a primary recurrence record to be synced to all of its instances.

  • IS01155: A problem was resolved that caused the app to error when hitting the logo to toggle between the opening and closing of the map. This has being fixed and users can toggle between the open and close of map

  • IS01158: A problem was resolved that caused Projects with no Time Zone to display an error when updating the Program sublist.

  • IS01160: A problem was resolved that caused Scheduled Scripts to fail when multiple scripts updated the same record.

  • IS01163: A problem was resolved that caused the app to load directly into the Agenda page for users that logged out. This issue is fixed and users will now be taken to the Agenda page only if they are logged in.

  • IS01165: A problem was resolved that cause billable time and expenses to not be billed with the Generate Invoice button when configured to bill Case time and expenses only.

  • IS01166: A problem was resolved that caused users to be navigated back to a saved form if they navigated away before the save was complete.

  • IS01167: A problem was resolved that caused the Service Report api endpoint xml option to respond with the default output.
