Adding the Permissions Sets to the Salesforce Users

You need to add custom field access permission sets to the profiles of your Salesforce users that need access. This following custom permission sets are required:

• NetSuite Connector Platform Field Access Permission Set - You need to assign this permission set to your Salesforce users so that they can:

  • View and access NetSuite fields and custom objects added by NetSuite.

  • Perform sync operations.

• NetSuite Connector Platform List Apps Permission Set - You need to assign this permission set to your Salesforce users so that they can view consolidated NetSuite Connector-related flows in a new NetSuite Connector Sales app from App Launcher.

To add the required permission sets to Salesforce users:

1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

2. Add the permission set to your Salesforce users.

   1. Go to Setup > Users > Permission Sets and click the Permissions set hyperlink of NetSuite Connector Platform Field Access Permission Set.

   2. Click Manage Assignments.

   3. Click Add Assignments.

   4. Select the list of users who will be involved with the NetSuite Connector fields.

   5. Click Next, then choose No expiration date.

   6. Click Assign.

   7. Repeat the process for NetSuite Connector Platform Lists Apps.

3. Click Save.
