Setting Up Intelligent Payment Automation

Complete the following procedures as part of the set up process. Note that you need to be an Administrator or have a role with the appropriate permissions to install the SuiteApp:

1. Installing the Intelligent Payment Automation SuiteApp

2. Setting Up Intelligent Payment Automation Roles and Permissions

3. Signing Forms for Intelligent Payment Automation

4. Signing Up with BILL within Intelligent Payment Automation

After setting up the SuiteApp, the following activities need to be done on an ongoing basis. Note that you need to be an Administrator or have a role with the appropriate permissions:

• Managing Bank Accounts

• Setting Up and Managing Payment Run Approval Routing

• Vendor Setup and Management for Payment Automation

• Payment Processing
