Item Fulfillment to Fulfillment Sync

When an Item Fulfillment record is created directly in NetSuite, this sync is triggered and a custom Fulfillment object is created in Salesforce.

About the Item Fulfillment Sync

The NetSuite Item Fulfillment to Salesforce Fulfillment sync sends updates made to Item Fulfillment records in NetSuite and creates a custom Fulfillment object in Salesforce, ensuring that the same information in NetSuite is automatically available in Salesforce.

Note:

The sync is only triggered by approved and fulfilled NetSuite Sales Orders that were created from a Salesforce Closed Won Opportunity. The sync is not triggered when a Sales Order is created directly in NetSuite and not created from a Salesforce Closed Won Opportunity.

The Item Fulfillment sync is triggered when the Sales Order is approved and fulfilled in NetSuite.

• The sync creates a custom Fulfillment object in Salesforce.

• For approved and partially fulfilled Sales Orders, the sync also creates a custom Fulfillment object in Salesforce.

• Updating a NetSuite Item Fulfillment record that has already been synced to Salesforce will trigger the sync to update the corresponding custom Fulfillment object in Salesforce.
