Reversing Work Order Picking
When you pick component items on the app, you can reverse those that have not been fully or partially built. You can reverse up to ten work order lines at a time and specific lots. You can reverse picked and staged items in WIP bins. You cannot specify the number of items you want to reverse for each pick task of a work order.
A reversal returns the component items to the bins from which they were picked. However, if you activate the Choose bins for reversed pick task items rule, you can select a different bin. You can place the reversed items in a temporary bin, and then perform a transfer to move them to their storage bins.
After you complete a reversal, the app updates the details of the associated work order. Reversals of over-picked tasks do not increase the quantity of affected work order lines.
To reverse work order picking:

Access work order reversal by doing the following:

On the WMS app, tap the menu icon
at the top-left corner of the screen, and then tap Main Menu. -
On the Main Menu, tap Work Orders.

On the Work Orders menu, tap Reverse Picks.
The Select Work Order page appears.

In the Scan/Enter Work Order # field, scan or enter the work order number. If you enter the data, tap Enter Work Order #.

On the Select Pick Task Lines page, do one of the following:

In the Scan/Enter Item field, scan or enter the item associated with the pick task you want to reverse. If you enter the data, tap Reverse.

To select up to ten pick tasks, from the items list, check the box next to the items and then tap Reverse.

If you can choose bins for reversed items, on the Enter Bin page, do either of the following:

In the Scan/Enter Bin field, you can scan or enter a bin. If you enter the data, tap Enter Bin to proceed.

From the Original Bin field, you can tap the bin from which the item has been picked.
On the Pick Reversal Complete page, you can view the details of the reversed pick task items.
The app automatically creates a bin transfer with details of the reversal. You can view the updates on the associated work order.
