Viewing the Bank Account Connection Status
You can view the status of bank account connections in the Bank Information section.
To view the bank account connection status:

Go to Transactions > Bank > Australia Bank Feeds.

In the Bank Information section, under the Bank Accounts subtab, look for the Bank Account Status column.
The following table displays the typical bank account connection statuses for all connection types.
Bank Account Connection Status |
Scenario |

Not Yet Available |
Connection and setup is in progress. |
Updating |
Connection has been established. Bank is yet to initiate account feeds. |
Active |
Bank feeds are successfully being imported. |
Problem Encountered |
Problem encountered in the bank feeds. Specific reason is sourced from SISS and displayed in the Status Reason column. |
