Benchmark 360 Error Messages

The following table lists the error messages that appear on the Preferences page. Use this table as a reference to review the error and take an appropriate action.

No available subsidiaries. Please contact your Administrator.

Contact your Administrator to add applicable subsidiaries in your account.

There was an error while loading Benchmark 360 dashboard. Contact your Administrator or try again.

This is an error message shown if a problem occurred while fetching benchmark data for the dashboard.

You do not have access to view this page. Check if Benchmark 360 Access is enabled on your current role or contact your Account Administrator.

An Administrator must check the Benchmark 360 Access box located in your NetSuite standard or custom role to gain access to the Benchmark 360 dashboard. See Access and Permissions for Benchmark 360.

Enter numeric values which includes either zero, positive, or negative numbers.

The Target fields only consider values such as zero, positive, or negative numbers.

Enter the correct values for the highlighted fields.

This is an error message shown if you enter invalid values then clicked Save on the Preferences page.

There was an error while saving your preferences. Contact your Administrator or try again.

A possible server error occurred. Refresh the page to see if it fixes the issue or contact the Administrator.
