Benchmark 360 Limitations

Read this section to view the known limitations when you use the Benchmark 360 SuiteApp.

The Benchmark 360 SuiteApp has the following limitations:

• The KPIs included in the dashboard are fixed and cannot be customized.

• Currency conversion does not happen for currencies with no available exchange rate in NetSuite. If your subsidiary currency is not supported, the amount shown for Revenue for FTE KPI target shows a value in USD with a USD currency symbol. Additionally, the values shown in the Subsidiary subtab also display the values in USD.
