How can I Find out Which Shifts don't have Jobs

The easiest way you can tell which scheduled shifts don't have a Job is by:

• Heading to the printable PDF reports page (Reports > Shifts > Print Ready)

• Generate the "Multi-Unit Staff Report" for all Locations, here's an example of this below

  

• Wait for the report to generate & then download it.

• Open the report and look for anyshifts with no color. These will not have a Job assigned to them unless shift has a Job name_. An example of what this could look like is below:

  

• You can speak with your managers and direct them to add Jobs onto shifts moving forward by editing those shifts and adding a Job
