Shift Reports
Shift reports within WFM enable you to inform employees and management about important aspects of a week. Different reports are customized for different purposes, such as the "Master Report" which is a weekly roster including wages and KPI information. This report can be used by management to keep track of important statistics.
It's super simple to create your own custom reports, or edit an existing report!
Ensure you are logged in as a General Manager or Franchisee.
It's important to remember that there is a big difference between weekly reports and daily reports.
The Different Types of Reports
Several of the Reports cannot be changed, but you are able to create copies that you are then able to edit in a way that simplifies management over the employees.
To access the shift reports go to Setup > Shift Reports. The different types of reports or listed on the left, simply click on the one you wish to view.
