Viewing and Downloading Statements

Intelligent Payment Automation (IPA) lets you view and download statements from the past 12 months. Statements are generated on the first day of each month, and payment is automatically debited that day.

If the first day falls on a weekend or holiday, BILL initiates Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit processing on the next business day.

If automatic transaction fee recording is enabled, Intelligent Payment Automation uses the current month's statement to create journal entries automatically. For more information, see Setting Up Automatic Recording of BILL Transaction Fees.

To download statements:

1. Go to Payment Automation > Payment Dashboard > View.

2. If you use OneWorld:

   1. On the Subsidiary Dashboard, click Enabled beside the subsidiary you want to view.

   2. In the Actions column, click View to open the Payment Dashboard.

   If you do not use OneWorld, the Payment Dashboard opens directly.

3. On the left panel, under Settings, click Documents and Statements.

4. Select the Statement Date you want to view and under the Actions column, click Download.
