Scheduling in Workforce Management

Workforce Management has three different views for building employee schedules. The scheduling views can be found under the Shifts tab.

Daily

The Daily view lets you schedule for one location, for one day at a time. By seeing your sales fluctuations throughout the day, you can efficiently build and optimize schedules that meet demand.

As shifts are created, they're displayed on the page along with important KPI information. With several viewing options, the Daily view lets you create a schedule that shows and helps you understand crucial information for management.

The Daily view can be taken a step further with the addition of labor deployment. If you have a labor model in the system, Workforce Management shows your managers exactly where they need to add or adjust shifts throughout the day to meet your targets.

Weekly

The Weekly view lets you view and build your schedule for one location in a weekly format.

You can use the Weekly view to alter shifts from a previous week to account for any last minute changes that weren't recorded.

On the weekly view you're required to confirm or deny any shifts; if you have SuitePeople Time Clock incorporated with your company, you're able to receive precise information about the staffs clock in/out times.
