View staff hours across multiple locations

In some situations, you may need to view total hours worked throughout a week, including hours across multiple locations.

For example, scheduling employees and making sure they are working less than X hours per week, even across different locations.

You can view those shifts on the Multi Location screen.

  1. Once you have selected a particular week & location to view, click on Options.

  2. In the Options dialog select All shifts for staff and make sure it says Yes

This means that if there is a manger which can only view 1 location, but has an employee that works across multiple, any extra hours or shifts which an employee works will appear here.
