Registering and Enrolling to PEPPOL Singapore
You must register and enroll your company to PEPPOL Singapore through an access point provider. NetSuite supports two access points, eInvoice.sg (Unifiedpost Pte Ltd) and DataPost Pte Ltd.
eInvoice.sg Access Point
Register your company with eInvoice.sg access point at https://www.einvoice.sg/join. In registering, complete a form, and specify your subsidiaries that are involved in e-invoicing. If you have other companies or businesses involved in e-invoicing, you must register each separately. After successfully registering and enrolling to Singapore PEPPOL, you will receive through email a PEPPOL ID and an API key.
DataPost Access Point
Register your company with DataPost access point at https://peppol.datapost.com.sg/app/peppol/main/register. In registering, complete a form, and specify your subsidiaries that are involved in e-invoicing. If you have other companies or businesses involved in e-invoicing, you must register each separately. After successfully registering and enrolling to Singapore PEPPOL, you will receive through email a PEPPOL API key and API secret.
After registration and enrollment, you can install the SuiteApp and enter the PEPPOL ID and credentials on the custom record, SG PEPPOL E-Invoicing Configuration. For eInvoice.sg, this includes the PEPPOL ID and API key. For DataPost, the API secret is also required. In addition, after installing the SuiteApp, you can register and enroll your other businesses or companies using the SuiteApp. To do this, go to Setup > Singapore Localization > eInvoice.sg Access Point Registration or DataPost Access Point Registration.
