Bank Data Import Schedule

Japan Bank Feeds imports bank data four times daily, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM Japan Standard Time. The frequency of four imports per day is fixed and cannot be changed. Only users with the Administrator role can use Manage Import Schedule to change the scheduled time for each import within the allowed time range and requirements.

The following list shows the default schedules for the four bank imports:

• First import - 7:30 AM

• Second import - 9:30 AM

• Third import - 11:30 AM

• Fourth import - 1:30 PM

Note:

Import schedules apply at the account level and cannot be configured separately for each Japan subsidiary.

Users with the Administrator role can change any import schedule.

To set the bank data import schedule:

1. In the Japan Bank Feeds SuiteApp, click the Bank Import History subtab.

2. Click Manage Import Schedule.

3. Change the default import schedules according to the following requirements:

   • Bank imports run only Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM Japan Standard Time.

   • Import times must be chronological.

   • Import times must be on the hour (:00) or half hour (:30).

   • Each import must be at least 90 minutes apart.

   If your changes do not meet these requirements, a validation error appears.

4. Click Save.

   Click Cancel to clear the fields. Click Restore Defaults to restore the default times.
