Checking that the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app is up to date
Starting August 5, 2025, SuitePeople Workforce Management apps that are not using the latest version will automatically be updated.
To safely upgrade to the latest version and avoid interruptions later, complete required actions before August 5, 2025.

Sometimes, the SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) phone app gets small tweaks or updates that just need you to reload the app instead of doing a full update.
Guidelines for SuitePeople WFM App Updates
Read the guidelines before updating your SuitePeople WFM phone app.

Refer to the changed names when updating apps.

AdiClock is calledSuitePeople Time Clock.

In the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, SuitePeople Time Clock is called NetSuite Time Clock.

Before updating your WFM apps, ensure that any time punches captured while your device was offline are completely synced with the SuitePeople WFM system.

Syncing Time Punches Captured Offline
When you're planning to upgrade your WFM apps, first ensure all time punches are synced with the SuitePeople WFM system.
To sync time punches captured offline

Before an upcoming upgrade release, turn off automatic updates on your mobile devices.

After the upgrade release, complete the following steps.

Connect your mobile device to a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.

Open the SuitePeople Workforce Management or SuitePeople Time Clock mobile app.
The app will automatically sync with WFM servers and ensure all employee time are saved, including any recorded while the device was offline.

Download the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Turn on automatic updates.

Repeat steps A to D for each app.

Checking for app updates
There are two ways to check if your version of the NetSuite Workforce Management phone app is up to date:

Check for updates in the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app

Check for updates in the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store
To check for updates in the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app:

Enter your username and password to log in.

Click the Profile tab.
The version number and build is displayed under the device menu section.
To check for updates in the Google Play Store:

Open the Google Play Store.

Search for NetSuite Workforce Management and select it from the list.

If an update is available, click Update. To check the current version of the app, go to the Read More section of the app's description.
To check for updates in the iOS App Store:

Open the iOS App Store.

Search for NetSuite Workforce Management and select it from the list.

If an update is available, click Update. To check the current version of the app, go to the What's New section of the app's description.
