Jobs
On the jobs page, you can set the jobs that employees can perform. These may be skill-based or role-based.
The effective from date lets you forward-date a job that is if that person is undergoing training in a month's time, you can set the job to start in a month. The proficiency tells managers how proficient the employee is at that job. Examples of jobs include:

Barista

First Aid

Duty Manager

Retail Assistant

Packaging

Shipping
Jobs could also be the equivalent of projects if you're projects-based, or task-related if you want more granular time recording.
Adding a Job to an Employee
To add one or multiple jobs to an employee, go to the Jobs tab of the employee profile and click New job.
Select the jobs which will apply to this employee.
You can also select when this change will become effective, allowing you to be proactive by adding jobs that will take effect in the future.
When you're finished adding jobs, click Save.
Removing a Job from an Employee
To remove a job from an employee, go to the Jobs tab of the employee's profile and click Edit.
Click Remove job. When prompted, click Confirm removal.
Confirm the removal.
