Using the Customized Notification Feature
To use the Customized Notification feature, you must check the Customized Notification box on the Configuration page.
To check the Customized Notification box:

Go to Setup > India Localization > Configuration.

Click the Customized Notification subtab.

Check the Customized Notification box.

Click Save.
You can now create notification scenarios and assign them to India localization features. For more information, see Creating Notification Scenarios and Assigning Notification Scenarios to a Localization Feature
