Accessing Saved Searches in the App

If you add the Custom Searches portlet to your Home dashboard in a browser session, it also appears on your app’s Home dashboard. See NetSuite for Mobile Dashboards.

To access a saved search in the app:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • For iOS, from your Home dashboard in your Custom Searches portlet, tap the Arrow icon NetSuite for iOS Arrow icon.

    • For Android, from your Home dashboard in your Custom Searches portlet, tap View List.

    Note:

    NetSuite for Mobile enables you to configure the Custom Searches portlet for any web dashboard or pin it to My Dashboard. For more information, see NetSuite for Mobile Dashboards.

  2. (Optional) If you do not have access to the Custom Searches portlet, do one of the following:

    • For iOS, on the Navigation Tab bar, tap More, and then tap Saved Searches.

    • For Android, tap the Navigation Menu icon Screenshot of the NetSuite for Android Navigation Menu icon, and then tap Saved Searches.

  3. Scroll down the list to find the saved search you want to access.

    Note:

    Take note of the following:

    • You can scroll to the bottom of the list to load additional searches.

    • NetSuite for Android enables you to search the saved searches list by tapping the Search icon Screenshot of the NetSuite for Android Search icon..

  4. Tap the required saved search.

    Note:

    Filters for saved searches are not available in the app. You can use a browser session if you require filters for saved searches.
