NetSuite for Mobile Expense Reporting

If you have the necessary permissions, My Dashboard includes the My Expenses portlet by default. From the portlet, you can log expenses and create expense reports.

You can also log expenses directly from the login screen.

When you log expenses, NetSuite for Mobile stores them locally on your device until you submit them as a part of an expense report. To submit an expense report, you must log in with a role that includes the permission to create expense reports.

Expense reporting capabilities depend on your Expense Report permission access level. See the following topic for an overview of expense reporting capabilities available for each access level.

You must enable the File Cabinet to use expense logging. Open a browser session and go to Setup > Company > Enable Features, Data Management..
