Granting Access to APM for Commerce Features

Note:

This topic applies to SuiteCommerce and the 2020.1.1 release of SuiteCommerce Advanced and later.

Administrators must grant permission for employees to view performance data in SuiteCommerce APM (SC APM) and SuiteCommerce InStore APM (SCIS APM).

Granting Access to SuiteCommerce APM

Use the SuiteCommerce Performance Setup page to grant roles and employees access to SC APM.

To grant permission to view SuiteCommerce APM:

  1. Go to Customization > SuiteCommerce Performance > SuiteCommerce Performance Setup.

  2. To grant permissions to view SC APM data, use one of the following methods:

    • To give access to a role:

      1. Click the Roles subtab.

      2. From the Role field, select a role.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each role you want to add.

    • To give access to an employee:

      1. Click the Employees subtab.

      2. From the Employee field, select an employee.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each employee you want to add.

  3. Click Save.

Granting Access to SuiteCommerce InStore APM

Use the SuiteCommerce InStore Performance Setup page to grant roles and employees access to SCIS APM.

To grant permission to view SuiteCommerce InStore APM:

  1. Go to Customization > SCIS Performance > SCIS Performance Setup.

  2. To grant permissions to view SC APM data, use one of the following methods:

    • To give access to a role:

      1. Click the Roles subtab.

      2. From the Role field, select a role.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each role you want to add.

    • To give access to an employee:

      1. Click the Employees subtab.

      2. From the Employee field, select an employee.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each employee you want to add.

  3. Click Save.

To grant permission to view SuiteCommerce InStore APM:

  1. Go to Customization > SCIS Performance > SCIS Performance Setup.

  2. To grant permissions to view SC APM data, use one of the following methods:

    • To give access to a role:

      1. Click the Roles subtab.

      2. From the Role field, select a role.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each role you want to add.

    • To give access to an employee:

      1. Click the Employees subtab.

      2. From the Employee field, select an employee.

      3. Click Add.

      4. Repeat steps b to c for each employee you want to add.

  3. Click Save.
