Belgium Payment Formats

The Belgium Localization SuiteApp provides payment templates in the following formats that you can use with the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp to pay vendor bills, employee expenses, customer refunds, and partner commissions:

• CIRI–FBF specifications of the Belgian Bankers' and Stockbroking Firms' Association

• SEPA Credit Transfer specifications of the Belgian Financial Sector Federation (Febelfin)

Note:

The SEPA Credit Transfer format with specifications of ABN AMRO and HSBC, and SEPA Direct Debit (ABN AMRO) are provided by the EMEA Localization SuiteApp. For more information, see EMEA Localization Payment Templates.

If your NetSuite account already has the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp, which provided Belgium payment templates, installing the Belgium Localization SuiteApp will update those templates to the formats compliant to Belgium standards. Without the Belgium Localization SuiteApp, the payment templates installed in your NetSuite account remain outdated.

Electronic Bank Payments Setup for Belgium

The Belgium Localization and EMEA Localization SuiteApps only provides the payment templates. The Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp handles the processing of the payments. To use these templates for bank payments, you must have the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp installed. For more information, see Electronic Bank Payments.
