Filtering, Previewing, and Editing Existing Sites

Existing Site Filtering

You can filter existing sites based on site type.

To filter for existing sites

1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List.

2. Click Filters.

3. From the Edition dropdown list, select the edition you are looking for.

   This dropdown list offers three different options, these are: All, Site Builder and Advanced. The following table lists all the products under each edition:

Previewing Sites

The websites list page lets you quickly preview a site.

To preview a site

1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List.

2. On the Web Sites page, you can view all the sites that are available for your account.

3. To do so, go to the site you want to preview, and click the preview icon (this is the eye symbol under the Preview column).

Editing Existing Sites

The Web Sites pages lets you select a site to edit.

To edit an existing site

1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List.

2. Click the Edit next to the site name. When you are on the Web Sites page, you can edit any of the available sites for the relevant account.

3. Go to the site you want to edit, and click the Edit link. This takes you to the Web Site Setup record where you can edit any of the available fields and information.

Note:

When a site is of a certain type, it is not possible to update it to a different type, such as SuiteCommerce InStore to SuiteCommerce.
