Prerequisites for Installing the EMEA Localization SuiteApp
Before installing the EMEA Localization SuiteApp, go to Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features, and make sure that the following features are enabled:

To use the tax-related features of the EMEA Localization SuiteApp, you must install the Tax Reporting Framework SuiteApp. If you don’t have this SuiteApp installed, see Installing Tax Reporting Framework.
To use the payment templates delivered by the EMEA Localization SuiteApp, you must install the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. If you don’t have this SuiteApp installed, see Installing the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.
