Prerequisites for Creating Custom Advanced Employee Permissions

To create custom Advanced Employee Permissions, you need the Setup > Manage Custom Permissions permission at access Level Full. The standard role that comes with this permission is the Administrator role. You can also create custom roles that include this permission.
