Mobile Icons Glossary

This glossary contains a list of icons used in NetSuite for Mobile help documentation. Most of the icons are platform specific — they are used for Android or iOS only. Check the following table for the platform specification and the icon definitions.

The Account Menu icon is located on the Navigation bar. You can tap it to access and change your app’s settings. The Account Menu contains the following options:

The Navigation Menu icon is located on the Navigation bar. Tapping the Navigation Menu icon displays the menu bar, which serves as a main navigation hub for the app. The Navigation Menu contains the following options:

  • Choose Role – Displays the role name on the top of the screen. You can change your role by tapping it.

  • Home – Return to My Dashboard.

  • Calendar – View the calendar.

  • Records – Access all mobile supported record types. Default screen is the Recents screen, which displays the six most recently viewed records.

  • Timer – Begin recording a new time log or edit existing time logs.

  • Expense Log – Access existing expense items; capture new expenses.

  • (Optional) Favorites - This option enables you to have quick access to record types you mark as favorites.

  • Settings – Configure the settings for the application.

  • About – App, user, help, and support information.

  • Log out – Log out of the application.

Global Search icon offers the same functionality as the Global Search when accessed from a browser.

Tapping the camera icon allows you to take a picture using the camera built in your device.

To take a new picture, you can tap Take a Photo.

To save changes, you can tap the Save button.

The tick icon mainly serves to save changes.

The select all icon allows you to select all the options from a list.
