Rebates and Trade Promotions Roles and Permissions

Administrators can create new roles or customize roles to use in the Rebates and Trade Promotions SuiteApp. For more information, see Assigning Roles to an Employee and Customizing or Creating NetSuite Roles.

Rebates and Trade Promotions Roles

There are no custom roles included when you install the SuiteApp. The following groups describe what the users can set up or create in the SuiteApp as set by the Administrator.

• Sales Users - These users create, select, or modify rebates on sales transactions.

• Rebate Administrators - These users set up the preferences and create new rebate agreements used to calculate rebates on transactions created by sales users.

Rebates and Trade Promotions Permissions

The following table lists the minimum record permissions required to use Rebates and Trade Promotions:

For users who have Create access level to the Rebate Agreement record, you should add or update the following minimum permission access level:

For users who have Edit access level to the Rebate Agreement record, you should add or update the following minimum permission access level:

For users who have Create or Edit access level to the Rebate Agreement Details record, you should add or update the following minimum permission access level:

For users who have Edit access level to the Generate Settlement page, you should add or update the following minimum permission access level:
