Editing Rebate Preferences

When editing the preferences, follow the maximum allowed limit for both the inclusion and exclusion lists.

Note:

Rebate type, transaction type, and payment type cannot be modified when editing a rebate preferences record.

To edit a rebate preferences record:

  1. Go to Rebate Management > Preferences > Preferences.

  2. On the Rebate Preferences List, click Edit beside the record that you want to edit.

  3. On the Rebate Preferences record, you can update the following information:

    • Add or remove customer attributes

    • Add or remove item attributes

    • Update accounting information

  4. Click Save.

    All changes to the rebate preferences record apply to future transactions, new rebate agreements, and existing rebate agreements with no agreement details.
