Important:

The SuiteApp's features for WKR reporting are only compatible with NetSuite OneWorld accounts.

To configure the Work-Related Costs (WKR) report:

  1. Go to Setup > Netherlands Localization > Work-Related Costs (WKR).

  2. On the Calculation Terms subtab, enter the percentages used to calculate your WKR budget and the relevant taxes.

These percentages are based on the Netherlands legislation. For more information, see WKR Calculation Terms.

  3. On the WKR Categories subtab, add your employee benefits, allowances, and provisions under the appropriate categories.

For example, you can add office refreshments under the Zero Valuation category. The expenses for these refreshments will therefore not be charged to your WKR budget. For more information, see WKR Categories.

    Note:

You can click the translate icon translate icon to see the Nederlands translation of the WKR categories. Make sure that you have the Nederlands language added to the Languages list in your company preferences. To verify, go to Setup > Company > Preferences > General Preferences. On the Languages subtab, add Nederlands into the list, if the language has not been added yet.

  4. On the WKR Availability subtab, select the subsidiaries in which WKR reporting will not be available.

Transactions under the selected subsidiaries will not be included in the WKR report.

  5. On the Permissions subtab, select the roles that will be permitted to access the Work-Related Costs Report and Work-Related Costs Configuration pages, and to set the WKR categories on transactions.
