Mechanics of WKR Forecasting
The Forecasting feature of the WKR report enables you to see a close forecast of the WKR budget for the Fiscal Year and the tax levy (if any). The forecast is based on given fiscal salary and work-related costs estimates.
Go to Reports > Netherlands Reports > Work-Related Costs, and enable Forecast Budget of the Year on the report page.
With forecasting enabled, you can enter estimates on the Fiscal Salary and Other Work-Related Costs fields. Only the fields of the future months where there are no posted transactions yet can be filled in.
Saving the Forecast
These estimates and the forecasted values, which are highlighted in orange, are automatically saved when you click outside of the field you have filled in.
You can click Forecast Budget of the Year again to disable this feature. Disabling Forecasting will clear the forecasted values and fiscal salary and costs estimates in the fields.
You can retrieve these values by enabling the Forecasting feature again.
