Netherlands Payment Formats

The Netherlands Localization SuiteApp provides payment templates in the following formats that you use with the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp to pay vendor bills, employee expenses, customer refunds, and partner commissions:

The formats SEPA Direct Debit (ABN AMRO), SEPA Credit Transfer (ABN AMRO), SEPA Credit Transfer (HSBC), which can also be used in the Netherlands, are provided by the EMEA Localization SuiteApp. For more information, see EMEA Localization Payment Templates.

If your account already contains the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp with templates compatible with the Netherlands, installing the Netherlands Localization SuiteApp will update those templates to comply with the current standards in the Netherlands.

Electronic Bank Payments Setup for the Netherlands

The Netherlands Localization and EMEA Localization SuiteApps only provide the payment templates. The Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp handles the processing of the payments. To use these templates for bank payments, you must have the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp installed. For more information, see Electronic Bank Payments.

You can also set up bank records of your company, vendors, employees, customers, and partners by importing bank details in CSV format using the Import Assistant.
