Installing the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp
You can install the Invoice Presentation Template (IPT) SuiteApp from the SuiteApp Marketplace.
Before you install the SuiteApp, activate the standard Accountant role.
To activate a role:

Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

Check the Show Inactives box at the top of the list.

In the Inactive column, clear the box next to the role you want to activate.

Click Submit.
After activating the standard Accountant role, use the following steps to install the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp.
To install the SuiteApp:

Go to the SuiteApps tab.

In the Search Apps field, enter Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp.

Click the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp tile.

In the top right of the Invoice Presentation Template SuiteApp details page, click Install.
The IPT SuiteApp is managed, so it updates automatically when there are new features or improvements.
The SuiteApp provides Invoice Presentation Print and Invoice Presentation Email templates, enabling you to display invoice presentation features on invoices. Refer to the steps in the Prerequisites of Invoice Presentation Template section to select these templates in your preferred invoice transaction form.
