Online Donation Types

The Online Donation SuiteApp enables you to capture one-time, anonymous, and recurring donations from your nonprofit website.

Using the the Payment Link feature, the SuiteApp lets you capture payments from online donations submitted through the Online Donation HTML page. After the donor clicks the Donate Now button on the Online Donation HTML page, the page redirects to the Payment Link payment page where the donor enters their payment details.

The Payment Link payment page also displays a summary of the invoice generated for the online donation. Depending on the your online donation preferences and setup, a customer record is also created in NetSuite.

After processing the invoice, NetSuite sends an email to the donor. If the payment is successful, the donor receives a Payment Link Payment Confirmation email. If the payment is unsuccessful, the donor receives a Payment Link Payment Declined Notification email.

Important:

You must not copy (Make Copy function) any transaction submitted through the Online Donation HTML page. This action may result to potential issues when processing your donation transactions.
