Online Donation Types
The Online Donation SuiteApp lets you accept one-time, anonymous, and recurring donations from your nonprofit website.
Using the Payment Link feature, the SuiteApp lets you capture payments from online donations submitted through the Online Donation HTML page. When a donor clicks the Donate Now button, they’re taken to the Payment Link page to enter their payment details.
The Payment Link page also shows a summary of the invoice for the online donation. Depending on your donation preferences and setup, NetSuite can also create a customer record.
After the invoice is processed, NetSuite emails the donor. If the payment goes through, the donor gets a Payment Link Payment Confirmation email. If not, they get a Payment Link Payment Declined Notification email.
You must not copy (Make Copy function) any transaction submitted through the Online Donation HTML page. This action may result to potential issues when processing your donation transactions.
