Fixed Assets Report Preferences

To set up Fixed Assets Management report preferences:

  1. Go to Fixed Assets > Setup > System Setup.

  2. On the Reports tab, set the report preferences for the Fixed Assets Management system:

    Setting

    Description

    Folder to Use for Reporting (Internal id)

    Enter the internal ID of the file cabinet folder where reports are saved.

    Note:

    To display internal IDs, check the Show Internal IDs box under the General subtab at Home > Set Preferences.

    Allow Administrators to View All Reports

    Check this box to let administrators view reports generated by other users.

    Preferred Asset Register Template

    Select a report template for Asset Register, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_AR_ prefix.

    Preferred Asset Summary Template

    Select a report template for Asset Summary, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_AS_ prefix.

    Preferred Depreciation Schedule NBV Template

    Select a report template for Depreciation Schedule NBV, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_DS_ prefix.

    Preferred Depreciation Schedule PD Template

    Select a report template for Depreciation Schedule PD, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_DS_ prefix.

    Preferred Depreciation Monthly Template

    Select a report template for Depreciation Monthly, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_DM_ prefix.

    Preferred Asset Listing Template

    Select a report template for Asset Listing, or leave blank to use the default template.

    Note:

    The list only shows report templates with the FAM_AL_ prefix.

  3. Click Save.
