How do I update my business information?

How do I add, update, or remove a bank account for deposits or fees?

See Accounts for NetSuite Pay. If you still have questions, contact your NetSuite account manager. Only verified signers are able to request these types of changes.

How do I add legal signers to my merchant account?

Contact your NetSuite account manager. New signers can only be added by legal signers or controllers on the merchant account.

How do I update contact information for legal signers and users on the merchant account?

Contact your NetSuite account manager. Updating the information can only be done by legal signers on the merchant account.

How do I update the business ownership information about my merchant account?

Contact your NetSuite account manager. Business owner information can only be updated by legal signers or controllers on the merchant account.

Can I use a credit card or debit card for billing or fees due for my NetSuite Pay transaction processing?

No. Billing must be automatically taken from a business checking account. Credit cards and debit cards are not an option for billing or fees.

What are the various charges on my billing statement?

What are my options for delivering billing statements?

Billing statements are available from within NetSuite under the NetSuite Pay menu. If you are required to board through an alternate merchant account processor, their statements will be available directly from the processor.
