Updating a Customer Record in SCIS

You can update a customer record in SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) by editing the Customer Profile. Note that any changes you make in SCIS are also recorded in NetSuite.

To update customer information:

  1. Search for the customer whose data you want to view.

    1. In the search bar, type the first few letters of the customer’s name.

    2. Tap the Customers list to view the customer search results.

  2. Tap the customer name. The customer profile displays.

  3. Tap Edit Profile.

  4. Edit the customer information as required.

  5. Tap Save to save the customer profile. SuiteCommerce InStore displays the updated customer profile and updates the customer record in NetSuite.
