Exchanges and Refunds in Shopify POS orders

The exchange process is handled by Refund Sync in Shopify POS orders. You need to enable Refund sync on all POS orders. When processing exchanges, Refund sync creates a cash refund on the original cash sale in NetSuite. New cash sales are then created for the exchanged items.

Note:

Discount applications are currently only available on the item level. Cart-level discounts are not supported.
