Login Notification
Users with the Administrator role can set up the login notification in their account.
You must first enable the Login Notification feature.
To enable the login notification feature:

Go to Company > Enable Features,

Click the Company tab,

Scroll down to the Access section,

Check the Login Notification box,

Click Save.
After you enable the feature, you can set up the notification.
To set up the login notification:

Go to Company > Company Information,

Click the Login Notification tab,

Enter your message,
Note:The text field allows simple formatting, like bold, or italics. It doesn't support links, or images. The field doesn't have a maximum number of characters.

Click Save.
Next time anyone logs in to your account, they'll see the login notification on top of the page. Users must click the Acknowledge button to get into the account. NetSuite tracks every acknowledgment in the Login Audit Trail.
