Are there any other options available for processors? Can I choose?
NetSuite Pay only supports processor options fulfilled through Versapay.
What is a merchant account?
A merchant acccount is a type of bank account required for businesses to accept payments in multiple ways, typically debit or credit cards.
What's involved in submitting an application?
Can international merchants get a NetSuite Pay account?
No. NetSuite Pay is available only for US-based merchants.
Can I accept both credit card and ACH payments?
Yes. NetSuite Pay supports debit cards, credit cards, and ACH payments. If you have additional questions, contact NetSuite support or your account manager.
How often are deposits made into my bank account?
NetSuite Pay funding operates on a T+1 schedule. This means deposits are made to your account one day after a batch is closed. Batches on Friday are not deposited during the weekend and will generally be in your account on Tuesday.
What currencies can I receive payments in?
You can accept debit and credit cards from any currency, but settlement must be in USD.
Is a security deposit or rolling reserve required for approval of my application?
There is no security deposit. Rolling reserves may be required based on a financial review as a stipulation for approval. For additional questions, contact NetSuite support.
Will NetSuite Pay work with my regular business bank account?
Yes. You can use any personal or business US-based checking account. Savings accounts cannot be used.
Is the payment gateway included?
Yes. A payment gateway is software included with NetSuite Pay. It collects customer card information and encrypts it for later processing. A payment processor uses that information to charge the customers' bank or credit card provider.
Can I use an existing merchant account for NetSuite Pay?
No. NetSuite Pay only supports merchant accounts provided through Versapay.
Can I accept credit card payments on my website?
Yes. NetSuite Pay is compatible with NetSuite for e-commerce payment.
