Troubleshooting Reconciliation History Reports

This topic is only applicable if your account uses the Reconcile Bank Statement and Reconcile Credit Card Statement pages.
Reconciliation History reports only display reconciled items.
Transactions cleared in a register, but not reconciled, appear on Reconciliation Summary and Reconciliation Detail reports, but not in Reconciliation History reports.
The register lets you manually mark a transaction as cleared, but doesn’t assign a statement date. These transactions won’t appear in the report, because reconciliation reports track by statement date.
