Issue Notification Synthetic Fields

The following synthetic fields are available for issue notification email sent to customers and employees.

Sublist (where applicable)	Field and Description
—	url : URL of issue record in your NetSuite account.
—	externalStatus : Issue’s external status.
—	externalTarget : Issue’s external target.
details	author : User who entered a case detail. date : Date a detail was entered. userNote : Detail entered for an issue. systemNotes : System notes generated for an issue.
