Workflow Agent Subtask Type in Guided Journeys for Redwood Pages
We have enhanced the Agent task type by adding a new Workflow Agent subtask type that allows users to leverage multi-agent workflows.

Users can leverage Artificial Agent (AI) capabilities to interact with the application and use multi-agent workflows.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable the ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option so that users can select the Agent task type in guided journeys. By default, this profile option is set to N.

Access Intelligent Agent Chat, HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV privilege secures this feature. You must add this function privilege to your custom roles to use this feature.
