Compact Banner for Guided Journey Enabled by Default on Redwood Pages

We have simplified the display of guided journey banner by now having the Compact Page Banner option enabled by default. When you create a new guided journey template, the Display Type field is no longer displayed for you to change to the Standard Page Banner option.

The configured background image will display relevant content in a sleek and compact banner on page level guided journeys.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• This feature only applies to guided journeys displayed at the page level.
• Existing guided journey configurations using the standard banner will now display the compact banner by default.

Access Requirements

You must be granted these privileges:

• Manage Journey (ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_TEMPLATE) aggregate privilege to work on journey templates.
• Journey Builder Duty (ORA_PER_JOURNEY_BUILDER_DUTY) duty privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.
• Manage Guided Journeys (ORA_PER_MANAGE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS) aggregate and function privilege if you use the Guided Journey Redwood setup page.
